Complaints

Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur. We operate an In-House practice complaints procedure as part of our practice improvement system, a copy of which is available on request. Complaints should be addressed to the Practice Manager or Andrew Girling, Principal Dentist. An appointment to discuss concerns may be made. The complaints procedure will be explained to you and your concerns will be dealt with promptly.
